Incline/Decline Sets include the high-density foam pieces necessary to raise the elevation of your track from 0 to 4Ā½ inches, or lower the elevation of your track from 4Ā½ inches to 0 inches, allowing for a smooth transition from one height to another. Incline/Decline Sets come in either 2%, 3% or 4% grades. Sets are the ideal way to raise or lower the elevation of your track quickly and easily. To install Incline/Decline Sets, pin in place with Foam Nails and attach with Foam Tack Glueā¢ or the Low Temp Foam Glue Gun and Glue Sticks. 6 sections raise/lower 4 1/2 in (11.4 cm) in a 12 ft (3.65 m) run, each section measuring 2 1/2 in in x 24 in (6.35 x 60.9 cm)
